Pros

- Awesome people and culture, haven't really met people that I would not want to have as friends in my life - Very entrepreneurial spirit that welcomes ideas, passion and initiative regardless of the level - Very non-hierarchical, leadership is very accessible and down to earth - A lot of effort has been put into mentorship and people development recently - Projects pipeline and focus areas has improved over the last 3 years with many exciting strategic transformation topics - New leadership is really great, both globally and locally

Cons

- Hours may vary depending on the project - Regional staffing model, so usually a lot of travel, but this comes with opportunities to choose projects that are better fit and alternate travel / expense policy is very generous - Overall exit opportunities might not be as lucrative as at MBB, but depends on the individual a lot

Pros

Having worked in Global Production Services for well over a decade I've had the opportunity to work on many value-added deliverables. In the past year, since our department began reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, we've seen an increase in opportunities to collaborate with Marketing on some exciting digital deliverables. The CMO has proactively included Production Services in her strategic direction and we've been able to bring in several new talented graphic designers to help with the digital demands. There's new energy and excitement in Production Services now that we have the opportunity to collaborate on higher value-added digital work along with our normal heavy workload of PPT and Word.

Cons

No negatives to this reporting structure, so far the collaboration and ability to increase designer skill sets is paying off nicely for Marketing and Production Services
