      Pros

      Good culture, smart people, strong growth agenda and the potential to develop into a leading firm. Good MBA program and fast promotion for high achievers.

      Cons

      Compensation below market, and too much of a focus on sourcing work. Need to improve the brand image, and do a better job on campus.

      Pros

      - Friendly culture, specially if you start at Associate or BA level, you will meet like minded people who might be your friends for life (The only reason why I miss the place) - Training abroad at exotic locations, lots of opportunities and lots of fun - Not a real up or out, thus allows new comers to find their place at their own pace Recommend only for inexperienced proffessionals making a move towards consultancy

      Cons

      - London office is not growing, barely any promotion to partner or principal, as a result most people leave after a couple of years as project manager - Again, not a real up or out, thus senior leadership stays there forever without really delivering nor making space for new talent - Exit opportunities not amazing, no real programme to support people in finding their next career move
