- Growing brand recognition - Friendly and collegial culture - Ability to chart your own path -- not every commercial platform has been explored

Cons

- Work-life balance continues to be a challenge - Still room to grow the brand, particularly in Canada

Pros

Exciting projects, lots of autonomy, access to senior leadership at clients and within the firm, lots of programs for women, working hard to promote work/life balance

Cons

long hours at times, consulting in general can be tough, but this is not unique to ATK

Pros

- Lots of free time. Ideal location for people interested in doing their MBA entrance exam preparations, getting married, or for raising children. - Good food and snacks available - Generous leave policy - take a leave whenever you want, work from home for months at a stretch (and pretend to work by appearing online some times) - Descent brand name. People from outside the firm can easily be confused and consider you to be a consultant

Cons

- Zero career growth. The only skill that this place teaches you is how to google stuff... even my 10 year old nephew can do that - Pure data extraction and data entry work. It's interesting how people make fancy presentations just before the appraisals (keeping in mind that these presentations might not be having any relevant with the work going on in the firm) - Zero travel. If you think you're going to travel abroad and lead the typical consulting life, think twice and get yourself an asprin. - The HR, office assistants, IT, helpers, etc.... all will ensure to highlight the fact that you're a researcher and not a consultant. You'll always be treated as a second class citizen. They even have different water sources. Consultants get bottled water, and researchers need to refill their bottles from the water coolers... this might sound immaterial.. but this is just an example the extent of differences existing - The way to advance once's career in this unit is by indulging in petty politics and pretending to do great work (in spite of it being from google search's first page) - The recruitment practices have really gone downhill. Recruitments are made from random colleges such as Keshav Mahavidyalaya and Lovely Professional University
