      High exposure to firm leadership, interesting performance bonus. Salary competitive and adjusted constantly to match market. Firm invests in resource development. Generous maternal/paternal leave of absence.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be difficult at times, especially if one has a family and is traveling. Medical benefits are a hassle and could be improved.

      extremely tough to cope with 80+ hour weeks constantly but very rewarding for those whoa re up to it. tough management style but fair.

      Over the past ten years, I have seen A.T. Kearney grow and improve in the post-Management Buy-out period. Focus has been on rewarding the high performers, fostering a diverse workforce, addressing work-life balance and spawning innovation

      Cons

      Management consulting can be very demanding from a time and travel requirement perspective. You should be prepared to travel 80% or more of your time, and ready and willing to field calls at just about anytime.
