Pros
Great colleagues, challenging projects and fast-paced environment. They now offer a solid scholarship package for employees interested in obtaining their MBA. Career development is in place, but sometime executed inconsistently. The growth aspirations will be good for those looking to join the firm in the coming years.
Cons
Ability to accommodate for new hires immediately is not always smooth and still need to work on consistency in promotion metrics being applied. Global mobility program and availability of staffing across regions still needs work. There may be some growing pains as the company expands. Name recognition still not as strong as it could be.
