Pros

-People are very friendly, genuinely helpful and nice -Very meritocratic, opportunities to get promoted quickly if you work hard -Fun environment- lots of happy hours, beer cart, company parties. Honestly can say my colleagues are some of my closest friends -Entrepreneurial feel- opportunities to get very involved and take on leadership roles from the beginning -Very diverse, global firm. You will work with colleagues from all over the country and the world

Cons

-The firm's brand is not where it needs to be. We need to work to become more well-known in the general marketplace in the US -The usual for consulting- long hours and travel.

Pros

Flat organization, friendly partners, interesting client roster, great training, fun colleagues, not strongly competitive, great benefits, strong parental leave programs

Cons

At times work-life balance can be hard but no more than typical consulting gigs and firm is working to make sure teams are working smarter to avoid long hours

Pros

- Excellent, immediate client exposure at all levels; emphasis on flat hierarchy means that responsibility can be earned quickly through performance - Meritocratic, collaborative culture - Focused on development of resources at all levels; most partners are accessible and warm - International; transfers are relatively straightforward globally, and firm culture and values are globally consistent

Cons

- Long hours/travel schedule; however, comparable to most other consulting firms - Less visibility (despite excellent industry reputation) externally versus some peers
