Pros

Great perks including gym memberships and top private healthcare Wide variety of work Working directly for partners

Cons

Working directly for partners is also a negative as they all hold a stake in the business, meaning they can be very demanding. A good thing if you need the push/motivation but bad sometimes quite intense

Pros

- Collaborative work culture - Efforts made to cater to specific employee needs (project locations, flexible hours etc.) - Exposure to multiple industries and project topics; excellent learning for consultants - Absolute (and not relative) grading of employees. Therefore, no forced exits if employees are demonstrating performance above threshold defined for the level - Flexible career progression from one level to the other

Cons

- While salaries at entry levels are at parity with other consulting firms (McK, BCG, Bain), at senior levels the salaries are lesser - No focused program for industry placement of employees exiting the company -

Pros

- Very collaborative culture across the globe - Entrepreneurial spirit underpinning everything, willing and wanting to try new things and willing to take some chances to test things out (chances still relative to a generally conservative consulting firm)

Cons

- While a strong drive to create thought leadership across everything they do, struggle with with size and scale compared to major competitors at MBB firms - If part of a smaller Unit / region, building specialisation in field/industry/service offering is very difficult - Standard consulting cons, i.e. long working hours, high client expectations as set by over promising of sales team to begin with
