      Pros

      - You get to travel a lot. All my projects have been at international locations - People are very smart - Lot of learning opportunities - Flexible with your interests, aspirations etc

      Cons

      - In office culture not very close knit since every one is just travelling - Long hours during projects, sometimes on weekends as well - Not much interaction with partners

      A great place to learn and grow on fast exciting challenging projects Some realty great team members / strong team culture in the lower ranks

      Cons

      Work life balance is only spoken off, it is not taken seriously. When times get very busy (which is pretty much all the time) it is always explained as "strategic", I challenge any firm where 100% of what they do is strategic - on average you can expect to work between 70 - 80 hours per week which is simply unsustainable. Personal aspects will suffer such as friends and family Poor leadership behaviour is swept under the mat when looking at winning work and sales which is sadly a short term view
