Pros
The people are extremely talented, driven, but most of all, collaborative. It's a great environment to learn, as everyone is willing to help each other. It's often a very challenging experience where you'll be given as much responsibility as you can handle. And you'll grow very fast because of it! There can be very interesting projects.
Cons
However, interesting projects are not necessarily the norm. There can be some boring or frustrating ones. This varies a lot, it's really a question of timing. As with most consulting firms, you will not have much of a life if you want to succeed.
