Pros

Pay is commensurate with what you would expect at a large consulting firm

Cons

Mostly focused on sourcing A complete waste of career path for a top-flight MBA graduate. The work is not exactly cutting edge Who you suck up to matters more than what you know. Considered a 3rd rate management consulting firm, which I did not find out soon enough. Managers are applauded for working people half to death.

Pros

Good, down to earth people with no pretensions. Smart and like able. Descent amount of global spread so options to work abroad if you choose ( and are found fit for position).

Cons

Sourcing and Procurement. That's 70% of work that's done here. Make no mistake about it. Very little corporate strategy or market entry or org restructuring. Of 7 projects that I worked on 6 of them were long sourcing projects - IT, chemicals, paper products. This work is not stimulating and builds no useful skill. I had to leave before my prior technology skills were completely eroded and I become unhireable by anyone. I fear that's the reason many long time ATK employees are still there-- all they know is sourcing!
