Pros
The people in the Management Services division of A.,T. Kearney are very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. There are some great minds and thinkers. You can really build your own schedule - so as an independent worker you can really succeed. No one will micro manage you.
Cons
Sometimes the long-term vision of the firm is unclear. There is often a level of complacency with under-performers that can be quite aggravating - it's a look the other way and make up for their shortcomings approach.
