      Pros

      Great culture and smart people. Challenging job requirements, high level client exposure, fast learning and great travel opportunities

      Cons

      Lack of work like balance. Also, poor name recognition among other top tier consulting firms.

      International environment full of bright (often very analytical) open-minded and motivated people Well-developed know-how and long-term client relationships across multiple industries and functions (esp. operations) Typically high utilization on projects (>80%) Broad and enriching agenda beyond client work - e.g. participation in international trainings, recruiting activities, running competitions for clients, publishing articles / press releases Rich opportunities for international mobility (both projects and perm. relocation) Well functioning internal processes (incl. downward and upward feedback)

      Hierarchical structure (i.e. agenda fully corresponds with job titles) Staffing on some projects too long with respect to learning curve of consultants
