- great people to work with. the people at ATK are as smart as they come. the difference is they dont believe in saying so all the time. they tend to work alongside the client prefering to build consensus rather than force change top-down - collegial work culture - there is a high degree of respect for each other. really. - freedom to try out own things. the unit is still small compared to its larger peers and it affords an opportunity to be more in control of the project and also to choose initiatives of ones liking - growing firm and hence provides very good career opportunities

Cons

- processes are still stabilizing in some areas - work tends to be heavy and hence need to smartly balance priorities all through

Cons
