      Fun and humble colleagues, good work, traditional consulting firm

      Pros

      The people at the firm are down-to-earth, fun to work with, and driven to succeed - a great mix of qualities that often don't come together. Apart from the people, the firm does some great work, and headed in the right direction with growth initiatives like Vision 2020, and team events like region wide all-hands-on meetings (this year it will be in Cancun, Mexico)

      Pros

      Broad portfolio of projects, can do attitude of all involved. Clients like the ATK style of working and get serious results and implementation. Good leadership in the Americas and in São Paulo where I work

      Well, long hours that come with the trade.

      Pros

      Down-to-earth consultants, very approachable, including senior partners. Genuine attempt by senior management to retain firm culture and ensure consultant happiness. Very fast ramp-up in terms of responsibilities, both internally (leading teams) and client facing (CXO exposure)

      Cons

      Travel, as with all consulting firms. Exit options seem to be less exciting compared to some other consulting firms. Bonuses aren't as exciting as some other top consulting firms
