Pros

Many different types of projects and opportunity to be staffed on projects in other countries. Office culture differs slightly across geographies, but colleagues from different offices typically collaborate well.

Cons

Compensation varies across geographies and also within unit. With strong negotiation skills and an impressive CV, applicants stand a strong bargaining ground to either get better base pay or higher position.

Pros

Great people and very down to earth culture from all levels (Analyst - Partner). Also has a very collaborative and collegiate working environment with great Global reach. Strength lies in the operations practice, which is excellent for people who prefer more executional projects. Regardless, still a greaet place to hone your strategic / logical thinking and core consulting skills

Cons

For those who are looking to join a firm and work on more "strategic" projects, this might not be the place for you
