Amazing benefits, 100% company paid medical dental and vision for families! Partnerships were easily made and cultivated between departments that made for fun working relationships and exciting work product between groups.
Cons
Abusive management in the finance department. Bullies in leadership. Overall the worst toxic environment I have ever worked in. Management was right (and protected) no matter what the real story is. Being a part of that management team, I was protected while I watched multiple individual contributors get accused of things that were not true/real, bullied when trying to stick up for themselves or prove the accusation false, and if they tried to escalate to executives or HR, they were targeted and pushed out. Gossip and manipulation runs rampant throughout the finance management team without consequence from executives and HR.
