      Able to use actual equipment for testing/evaluation to support customers.

      Cons

      Management has digressed significantly. They don't take time to get to know us but make quick decisions that directly involve us. . Engineering has poor communication with technical support

      Pros

      Stable company even though it becomes Keenfinity under other group acquisition process. Very good team collaboration. Nice work environment.

      Cons

      Salary increases take longer but this is almost the same in all companies i have worked in Portugal to be honest.
