Pros

Shared misery with other colleagues

Cons

Everything else. No focus on the customer, the only focus is on bringing in new logos. Sales leadership turns over every few months. Company is in total disarray. Promote an “awesome culture” that is pretty much nonexistent and only for self-promotion. Very little room for growth or advancement. Please don’t ignore these reviews like everyone else who is eager to get a new job. I promise you it won’t be worth it.

Pros

Clean, modern office with snacks. Average benefits package. Leave right at 5pm.

Cons

The culture is toxic, huge segregation between business and consumer. No one talks to anyone, training is a joke. Seems like it takes forever to advance in roles. Everyone seems miserable to be there. They say 9-5 but its really 8:30 am and you will get in trouble if you aren't. You're salary so it doesn't come out to be worth it. Pay is biweekly, you get catered lunch on that day. Benefits don't kick in until 90 days. You're being monitored on everything you do, they treat you like a child. Run don't walk from this place.

Respectfully, there are many falsities in this review that I'd like to address. Firstly, this new hire was informed from the start about our office hours. Not only was it in the offer letter and employment agreement, but it was clearly communicated to her that as part of a support team we rely on these employees to be in office on time to take calls/tickets promptly as they come in. Unlike other companies our size in this space, we don't issue occurrences for late behavior, instead we treat our employees as equals and allow them to manage their own time. We have plenty of employees with special situations and we always work hard to find that perfect work/life balance that will work for our rockstars. This employee in question however was late everyday the first week (except one), by over 30 mins without any notice. Concerned we called the employee to inquire where they were, and got a no call no show which ultimately resulted in termination. Secondly, our benefits kick in on day 31, not 90. Thirdly, we do not have any third party monitoring, and we let our employees do their jobs unhindered. Other companies our size have quotas on support tickets, we firmly believe that this dulls the quality of our support tickets and instead we are laser focused on quality. This employee would have been aware of all of these items had they stayed at the company longer than a week.
