Innovative Product Line: Keeper's solutions, especially in password management and privileged access management, are cutting-edge and highly relevant in today’s security landscape. Growth-Oriented Culture: The company is scaling rapidly, providing endless opportunities for personal and professional growth. Collaborative Team Environment: The teams are supportive, talented, and always open to new ideas. It feels like everyone is working toward the same goal. Leadership Vision: Management is forward-thinking and has a clear vision for where the company is headed, which is motivating. Work-Life Balance: Flexible policies make it easier to balance work and personal life. Recognition and Rewards: Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed here, and contributions are genuinely appreciated.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: While exciting, the rapid growth and constant change might be overwhelming for some. Room for Streamlined Processes: With growth comes the need to refine some internal processes for even greater efficiency. Communication During Change: As the company evolves, ensuring clear communication across teams could help align everyone further.

Supportive and Collaborative Environment

Pros

Keeper does a great job of trusting teammates to own their side of the business while supporting them through obstacles and growth. The organization of teams and individuals allows for a lot of collaboration as well as opportunities to grow and learn from others, regardless of role or rank. It could be intimidating to hear the phrase "fast paced environment", however there is a lot of support and guidance to ramp up quickly and be successful.

Cons

As with any smaller company, there may not be the same "perks" as larger organizations.

Pros

Decent pay, remote opportunities, and talented team (other than the C-Level and HR).

Cons

+ Every decision (and I mean every decision...down to individual marketing email design) is run through the CEO. I've never seen this level of micro-management even from much smaller companies. + General atmosphere of fear among the employees. + Lack of training and documentation on internal systems and teams from 10+ years of operations. + Constant changes to strategy, all based on whims of the CEO that are not backed by industry best practices or data. + Lack of data transparency and access.
