Pros

The tools were modern—just not used correctly.

Cons

Architectural decisions came from non-technical executives who shut down discussion instantly. Developers were sidelined and expected to execute poorly planned specs. Feedback loops were nonexistent, priorities changed without notice, and we were blamed when things fell apart. The lack of respect was exhausting.

While we’re disappointed to hear about your experience, we want to clarify that our engineering decisions are made through cross-functional collaboration, including input from technical leaders. Our engineering team plays a critical role in shaping our product direction, and technical input is both expected and valued. We remain committed to fostering a collaborative environment where all voices are heard. Respect for our employees’ contributions remains at the core of our company.

Pros

You will not benefit by working here. You will only witness cons. It's smart not to work here and waste your time.

Cons

They have an awful attitude towards permanent employees. Most employees don't get any benefits and get ridiculous pay even after working brutally long and exhausting hours. The leadership fails to prioritize the care of permanent employees and instead relies heavily on freelancers. It's terrible. They don't value security or confidentiality. They trust strangers to save money.
