- My team was collaborative and great to work with and my lead, Ibrahim, was one of the best leads I've had - A lot of autonomy and freedom to pursue solutions you feel are best - Opportunity to work with newer technologies along with learning some older but still popular tech - Not many meetings as an engineer - Great sense of work/life balance - Had a great mentor to show me the ropes at Keeper

The product is interesting. Users find it useful.

Cons

Benefits basically don't exist. Vacation package is identical to vacation packages offered at most retail jobs. There are no other perks. Dual core i5 desktop workstations from 2013. Management is always in panic mode. Every bug is a show stopper and they frantically attempt to micromanage things when they can't have issues resolved in under an hour. The office is insulting. It was built to give a potential buyer the impression that we're a bigger more valuable company than we actually are. It's a charade and it SUCKS for anyone actually trying to get work done. They pressure new hires to post 5 star reviews on GlassDoor.com CEO actively polices the reviews on this board and puts considerable effort into having critical comments removed.
