      Pros

      I'm a dev that actually works here at Keeper. After many years working for big companies with the layers and layers of corporate overhead and slow decision making and slow development cycle, working at Keeper is like a breath of fresh air. The environment is friendly, co-workers are smart, and the tools and technology we use are cutting edge.

      Pros

      Access to CEO and ability to be a part of something exciting. The cybersecurity industry is really thriving and there is opportunity to grow as a professional. Hours are great for work/life balance and the employees honor each other and the customers. Free snacks and free lunch is provided often. Dress code is casual. Talented staff and great location in Chicago.

      Cons

      The company is rapidly growing and the environment is fast-paced so if you don't like change or to be challenged it might not be for you.
