      Pros

      Keeper does a great job of trusting teammates to own their side of the business while supporting them through obstacles and growth. The organization of teams and individuals allows for a lot of collaboration as well as opportunities to grow and learn from others, regardless of role or rank. It could be intimidating to hear the phrase "fast paced environment", however there is a lot of support and guidance to ramp up quickly and be successful.

      Cons

      As with any smaller company, there may not be the same "perks" as larger organizations.

      Pros

      Marketing leaders are supportive, open to feedback and everyone on the team are good people to work with. It's fast paced, which I consider a pro. Decisions are made quickly and the team is expected to execute quickly and pivot when necessary. Health insurance coverage is good and cost is about average compared to other mid-size companies. Executive leadership supports Marketing and there is buy-in for events and campaigns. Company supports a remote working environment, and they do annual bonuses.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits besides health insurance are below average for a mid-size company. Standard PTO is 3 weeks (including sick time), no 401K match, company offers short and long term disability but doesn't cover premiums.
