Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you valued your coworkers, remote flexibility, and our competitive commission structure. However we strongly disagree with your other characterizations of our organization. Performance expectations and quota adjustments are based on market conditions, company growth goals, and data-driven planning—not reactive decision-making. We are committed to providing structure, ongoing training and transparency. We continuously refine our onboarding and enablement programs to better support our sales teams. Employment decisions are made thoughtfully with multiple levels of leadership oversight and a focus on performance, long-term stability and success for both our employees and the company.

We respectfully disagree with the characterization of recent decisions as impulsive. All employee actions at Keeper Security are made with multiple levels of management oversight and are based on a broader, documented assessment of performance, role alignment, and long-term success—not isolated results. We appreciate the recognition of our commission structure and remain committed to fair, consistent, and thoughtful performance management that supports both individual growth and the health of the organization.
