Pros

The industry of cyber security and folks you work with are smart and knowledgeable.

Cons

They called themselves creating a 'office-centric' culture complete with an open floor plan...in 2020. How many opeds, articles and think piece need to be written that employees do NOT like open floor plans. Employees want flexibility including WFH options. Saying you are committed to an office-centric culture as if anyone would get excited about coming into an office 5x/week simply because ultimately the CEO treats employees like children. There are multi-million dollar companies thriving on a fully remote culture but Keeper Security seems to think not offering WFH and solely from the office is the way to go. Ridiculous. Catered lunches...every other Friday..too cheap for at least every Friday? I wouldn't recommended working here especially if you are used to being treated like an adult and being provided trust rather than treated like a toddler who need to be watch constantly.

I truly believe that the majority of our reviews speak for themselves. Ultimately, I can understand that an open floor plan isn't ideal for everyone, but we believe that the open floor plan allows for greater collaboration and creates no boundaries between teams which also fosters greater in office friendships. As we are a self funded company, we can't offer the same types of benefits as the Paypal's and Google's of the world, however we do try to offer as many great perks as we have available. We prefer to pay above average salaries and year end bonus' rather than have pingpong tables or other such 'trendy' perks. As for for WFH, we are a culture firmly based around the idea that in office collaboration is vital to our success. You can see this in the air when you walk our halls, and the laughter and electric thoughts truly fuel Keeper's team. This, of course, isn't for everyone and we totally understand that, however our WFH policy is firmly communicated throughout the hiring process.

Pros

Keeper is filled with smart people who are also very kind humans. I’ve experienced lots of opportunities to grow and learn here. As a woman working in tech, I love how friendly and inclusive the culture at Keeper is. People here are not just smart/knowledgeable, but also some of the warmest people who value collaboration and communication. Leadership here is thoughtful, cares about supporting you and focuses on making sure you’re given the tools you need to succeed and grow.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t experienced any cons here.
