Pros

- An environment in which there are high expectations for production, but the necessary space and freedom is given to the engineers to flourish. - Free coffee! - Competitive pay and great benefits - Opportunities for learning and personal development

Cons

- The complexity and breadth of the company necessitates multiple specialized teams; channels of communication between them could be improved.

Pros

-Coworkers are competent with regards to their function within the company. -Up to date hardware and computers. -Easy to approach the Founders with concerns or ideas, and they listen. -Small development teams. -No upper management and little bureaucracy. -Founders have a vision for the direction of the company. -People rarely BS, so you can get a lot of work done. -HR is responsive. -Medical, dental, vision, free life insurance, 401k. -Pay is prompt--I've had a problem with not being paid on time with other companies. -Fully stocked kitchen with snacks. -Catered lunches every other week. -Decent location close to good restaurants if you want to grab something for lunch.

Cons

-People rarely BS, so it's hard to get to know people; even just "Hi, how are you?" Although I've found if you go out of your way you can break some barriers and get people to open up. It's nice to have work friends, and not just coworkers. -No matching 401k yet, but I'm told they're working on it.
