      Pros

      Keiter is an awesome place to kick off your accounting career. Their training and internship programs are top-notch, and the support for new staff is genuinely solid. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by a lot of sharp, knowledgeable people who are great to learn from.

      Cons

      Like most public accounting firms, work-life balance pretty much takes a vacation during busy season.

      - strong pay - Coworkers and management are friendly and cooperative as long as you're a hard worker and willing to grow.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance can be bad at points, but that's a symptom of public accounting and not a Keiter-specific issue. Busy season hours at Keiter are not as bad as busy season hours at Big 4.
