      Great great public accounting firm to work for, if public accounting is what you want...

      Pros

      KS is a good place to work, they promote your professional growth. The nature of a smaller public accounting firm allows employees to work on a diverse set of clients.

      Cons

      There seems to be some waste in departments that is not addressed by owners. Also, during tax season you have no life.
