Good Place To Work If You Like Michigan

They are very good about work life balance. Most of the workers are nice people. Flexible work schedules for those who need it.

Cons

Located in Battle Creek Michigan. A lot of people are in positions that they aren't qualified for. Limited options in satellite offices.

Kellogg employs great group of people. Management is really invested in the success of their employees and provides them with feedback in regards to how they can improve their job performance. There are also a number of incentives for employees who perform.

Cons

There are too many levels of management, but this is the case with many big companies. Promotions are not given solely to people working within the company, and they look outside the company to find the best talent. This leaves qualified employees "stuck" in positions without an opportunity for advancement.
