Pros

Great culture and product - great atmosphere and teamwork. Even though we were all spread across the country there is a feeling of team. Communication is great within the company

Cons

Processes need to be made simpler. Sometimes you feel alone in the field and it gets frustrating working with store employees on a daily basis. Felt like my talents were extremely under utilized. Promotions are strict based on tenure (at least 2 yrs to advance to the next position). Job postings did not accurately match what the company was looking for (giving low qualifications for a position that a higher-capacity person will interview for)

Great Culture. My Manager undestands me and let's me do my job, gives direction if asked, let's me take time off when needed. Co-workers are driven to success, and they work hard but not very long hours. Flexible schedule when needed. Real Open Door Policy, good compensation, great international experience, best in class.

Cons

Uneven work load across the organization, some guy may be killing himself while the next is taking a nap. Lots of politics and sometimes nepotism, you can be successful by being a great contributor of by licking boots. Some great talent is just let go, and others are kept which do not add value to the overall organization. Lots of political landmines...

They offer the best work/life balance. We get flex hours where we have 1/2 days on Fridays from Memorial Day to Halloween! They are always offering new ways for us to grow in our career and they make us feel like we ARE so appreciated. As a rep, we get a company car, cell phone and computer. They also award us by giving us contests to compete in. We also get to be a part of a National Sales Meeting. We have gone to Charleston, Orlando, Las Vegas and next we'll be at Chicago. We are often left voicemail messages from senior management thanking us for our conributions to the business as well as letting us know how much they appreciate our hard work. I feel very thankful to be a part of the Kellogg family.

Cons

I wish I was paid a bit more in my base salary.
