The people are absolute trash. Some of the team leaders stir the pot with employees, and cause a ton problems between coworkers. The hours you work are horrible because it’s a swing shift. It’s miserable hot in central to the point where you want to pass out. The qualifiers and calibrators want to play games and not let us get our raises because they don’t want to work to begin with and then you expect them to teach us and sign us off when that involves them doing more work. Tell me how does that make any sense.
