You will get any and all opportunity that you want and that you strive hard to earn. Have goals, communicate and do your best and more times than not the rest will take care of itself. Great company to work for and even greater people.

Cons

Big pond, small fish. There are a lot of people at this company and sometimes there will be people that either earn or obtain a spot before you. Longevity eventually wins the battle.
