Management does not regard field staff, treated as disposal items In some cases, High turnover rate for Field staff Employees who have not advanced as expected may display frustration that affects interactions with junior staff. It’s important for new EITs or Project Coordinators to avoid a particular guy that has been an APM for years, Dude is frustrated and will treat you like unpleasantly if you work under him
