      work is challenge but fun. a good place to learn and improve in the skillet.

      Cons

      company benefit is not good compared to the same size of the firms around the nation. pay is under the market value

      Take a step back to 1985

      Pros

      The company does a great job at providing tools, equipment and money to get the job done quick and efficiently. Overtime was about unlimited. Work life balance was good.

      Cons

      If you wish to be subjected to 1985 style work environment, this is the place. Management approves of hazing, but not limited to indecent exposure . You will be told to obscenities at the morning meetings. Incessant ball breaking, If you speak up out against the childish behavior you will be made fun of for being "sensitive" and then terminated. So plan for sexual harassment, bullying and intimidation.

      They preach safety and stop work authority yet they put production over everything else.
