      They try to be a family.

      Cons

      Favoritism plays a huge role in your growth potential. They don't follow the rules they set. A unsafe work environment with hidden accidents. The HR department is horrible to work with.

      Pros

      Everybody worked together to get things accomplished. The people were friendly.

      Cons

      No direction from the upper management. Given a task without any type of goal in mind. They then bring in a contractor who takes over the whole project leaving you out in the cold with an attitude of "Why Try".
