Harsh work environment and long working days especially near deadlines

Upper management don't have time for employees they feel they know it all and seem to really not care about there employees or there life's. As long as the high up people have big houses and big bank accounts they don't care. They cut hours out of the blue for months at a time. Leaving employees with worries of how to pay there bills. They do a lot of illegal crap. If it benefits them if you have concerns there's no one for you to talk to without getting fired. Job sites are unsafe as is there yards you are not valued as a employee. The will tell you leave I'll replace you. If you call corporate and ask questions or h r and tell them you wanna be left out of it and not to use your name. They will soon as you hang up call your supervisor and cause tension. If you call and give unsafe work reports to cooperate and say don't mention my name. They will call your boss and give your name and cause more tension Very bad company I do not recommend I had to give one star But if there were minus stars I'd have given them minus 5 stars . I've been with the company for years and I'm looking for anew job And I'll have one very soon
