Pros

Excellent support in a very positive, dynamic environment. Strong with information sharing which is vital in such a constantly changing market. training resources are abundant.

Cons

No health benefits are provided - but that's rare in the industry unless you're in management. There are several hundred agents who have their license hung at this office, so if you're looking for an intimatevsmall office setting, this office is not for you.

Pros

People-- becoming part of a family--even with the competition. Has a great training program and continual learning every week. ( " Learn to Earn " ) Stresses LIVE/WORK Balance and will teach you how to run a business, and focus on your God, your family and run your successful business. Gives back to agents in Profit sharing, if you want to get in ( at zero cost ) When our office makes a profit, owners give back part of the profit to all agents that are involved. Also, agent run Board ( called Associate leadership Council--ALC ) votes on any and all changes. At these open meetings is an "Open Book" - thus seeing where all the money comes and goes. Great "passive income" for the associates--I highly recommend looking into seeing a KW Team Leader or a KW Associate Realtor and pick their brain.

Cons

To keep cost down, support is on your own business. Make a higher split than any where else ( if you produce ) BUT, do it yourself. Can overcome this with great results ---you'll have more than enough money to hire your own team and still make more mula. If you don't want to learn how to do a lot of the paper work yourself, then make less % of commisssion somewhere else that has support.
