Pros

The best thing about working at KW was the other agents at the company. Management had really done a great job in assembling a talented group of professional agents who seemed generally to care about the services they were providing and doing a good job for their clients.

Cons

70/30 split was not really 70/30 after having to pay the franchise fee. Found out franchise fee is NOT a requirement. BIC was not very helpful. Team leader had favorites. Family atmosphere which I experienced at the yearly companywide meeting quickly dissipated once I returned to my center and things were back to "business as usual."
