Good people, good benefits, good pay

Sophisticated work with good humans who know what's important. If you are conscientious and care about your work product, this company will do the same for you. Yes, there are times when you will work late to get a time sensitive matter done, but you can expect to see your manager (and even Management) there too. Otherwise, office hours are balanced and you are not micro-managed. I've always felt supported in decisions - that the company has my back. C-suite folks occasionally check in with genuine concern and care and are otherwise easily approachable and kind. Previous reviews referred to HR individual who is no longer with the company. Current HR director is professional and caring. Company culture and ongoing training emphasizes respect, safety, and cooperation. Company is always looking for ways to improve efficiency including new technology.
