      It is a real place of work (if you are desperate.)

      Cons

      Don’t be fooled!! Beware of the 5 star ratings... many of us were pressured to write reviews within the first few weeks of starting in an effort to get their ratings up. Should have been a red flag right away. What brand new employee is going to write a bad review if they are trying to keep a job?

      The culture at Kelley is amazing. It feels like a huge family atmosphere and everyone from top level down is super helpful and cares about each other. I love that everyone is REAL in their interactions with each other and clients. This is so important in today's world where I feel like people try to sell you on a fake image. By far, the best place I have ever worked!
