Cons

- there was always tech issues with my hardware. I was out of work unpaid for about 5 weeks the first one time. Then a couple weeks later I had another tech issue and they stated it was on my end. So I did everything requested of me and there were still issues. They denied it was their end and to send me a new computer, instead they kept putting the fault on me when I had done everything I was suppose to on my end. Even with all my tech related absences, it disqualified me from getting a schedule change as well as advance to the next skill. You don’t qualify for PTO until you are 1 year tenured. They will also deny you ADA accommodations if it means missing a day of work because of schedule adherence.

Cons

Too many to say, honestly the pay for the things expected to be done is not properly compensated.

- full time - pay is better than min wage - paid training - work from home - chatting with customers instead of phones - 3 breaks (as of now, probably will go back to 2 after COVID-19)

Cons

- having to deal with multiple customers at once, and since COVID-19, slammed with 3 chats at a time - dealing with stores not being open - having issues with your hands - some management are not the best
