Every other job you ever hold will be amazing by comparison. Growing company.

Cons

Growth is fake, it is primarily from acquisitions, not providing a good quality service and creating natural growth through excellence. Communication between departments is non existent to fractured at best. Management defers responsabilities at every opportunity.
