- Limited upward mobility to earn more in management than selling in field - Decentralized and little training at branch level so must be motivated to go on your own to learn and ask questions - Base is super low but you will be making x2 more than all your friends make if you're willing to put your head down for 6-12 months so you can get this down fast and take off - No leads provided and heavy cold calling at first but slows over time while you get the process down
