      Pros

      I love everything about the company :) the training process was great, and love that there are plenty of room for growth within the company. Lots of support from supervisors, and everything has been amazing!

      Cons

      The only con is you have to be within certain levels of your position prior to getting an opportunity to apply for promotions within the company. Scheduling on business needs, there is no room for modifications, it has been hard for me to work in dr’s appointments for my daughter due to the fact that the request off form gets denied, even when I request it to be scheduled on a normal off day for myself.

      Cons

      Inept Management. This place is run like a company out of someone's garage. The management and leadership here is simply people pointing fingers. They have the worst products and service in the area. I would avoid this place unless you are really deperate...and even then, reconsider.
