Pros

weekly salary work from home

Cons

they will put you on a 3 week paid training after that you have to pass all the quizzes which I did to be able to work for production including the Final exam,if not they will remove you from the training program without any considerations.

Pros

It’s work from home, I do like that.

Cons

I started at the company in 2015. I advanced quickly to an offline roll. In 2017 we had a mandatory meeting and my entire department was outsourced. Two weeks later I was back in new hire training. Think this was a freak occurrence. This time I advanced quickly to a team lead position. They began to let people go in 2022. Some of them very valuable and very good at what they do. This was also done in a very underhanded way. Mandatory meeting, we don’t need you. After having been through this twice, they had the audacity to pursue me to come back and start at the bottom for the 3rd time. No thank you.
