Work from home. Didn’t have to talk on phone and once you complete 90 days with satisfactory results the company will try and work with you as far as performance issues

Has better pay compared to other call centers. Everyone I spoke with gave positive vibes and was willing to help when asked a question.

Cons

Work life balance is not the greatest I hate there was not a steady schedule. You have 2 weeks worth of schedule at a time, but each day may be doable because it's according to business needs.
