Pros

Early morning shifts of set times, and you rarely had to stay over. Great work environment with really nice people. Overall Corteva has been my best work experience.

Cons

I was a temporary employee and got let go when work got short.

They are fairly hands off when you are on assignment but helpful and responsive if you need any assistance.

Cons

Depends on the company you are assigned to. May not translate to permanent work, but this is not Kelly’s fault.
