Pros

*I love the industry that I recruit within. *I have a very supportive manager who is always on my side even if I mess up. *Lots of AI initiatives including recruiting pilot programs.

Cons

*Recruiters held to unrealistic metrics while the sales teams meet theirs by bringing in impossible to fill roles. (pay rates below market rate/clients with horrible reputations) *Commission percentages were greatly decreased for 2026. I'm already down $15k in direct hire fees in Q1 as compared to what I would have earned in 2025 for the same fills. If I have the same GP numbers this year as last, I'm looking at a $60k loss. *Previously had incredible Top Earners/President's Club trips but that was taken away for 2025 Fiscal Year. They even made it impossible to obtain President's Club status by changing it from top earners in each category to having to hit an unrealistic amount of GP in this down market. *Process changes are often initiated before the details have been determined, leaving employees to scramble and waste time (time is money when working commission) trying to resolve issues.

Pros

Helping English as a Second language speakers.

Cons

Pay $15.00 and only 15 minute break (by law) paid. You must work for the 30 minute lunch break. If the software that routes the calls does Not reflect your schedule on the payroll software, you are docked pay. If their system has 'glitches', they try to blame your internet provider, your computer, etc. You must sign out for a restroom break, and if you do so too often, it counts as being in the "unavailable" status which is a mortal sin. If this happen what is according to them 'too often', they lock you out of the system so you cannot receive calls and provides them an excuse to Not pay you!
