Pros
My experience with Kelly Education has been surprisingly fulfilling in many ways. First of all, I have a tremendous amount of LOVE for children, being that I have 26 grandchildren. And working for Kelly has allowed me to enjoy, embrace, care for and learn from children of many needs with different educational backgrounds. When it comes to meeting and working with new people: teachers, administrators and other Kelly employees, I call it a blessed encounter. I'm 72 years old and getting up in the morning for work is truly a blessing from "GOD ALMIGHTY" to be able to get back out there in the workforce being a help to others. There's a saying mentioned in this particular commercial, that says a "body in motion stays in morion". Today 3/3/2026, as I was working with 4th grade little boy, he looked up at me, with some very serious eye, as if he had made a discovery about a person being old; he asked me in a way as to not sound disrespectful, after staring at my snow white hair, he asked me if I was 100 years old. I started laughing and then he smiled, and I replied; "no, I'm not 100 yet, I'm 72 yrs old. But with "GOD's" blessing, I plan to live to see what being 100 yrs old is like. Also I've already did 2 refferrals and both individualls have stated working and they two are really enjoying being Kelly employees.
Cons
I honestly don't have any cons to report.
