      Pros

      Corporate employees receive competitive compensation. There is flexibility and the company is very mindful of work/life balance. Large organization with opportunities for lateral and promotional development. Recently received award as a 'Top Employer' from local paper.

      Cons

      Often decisions made based on how a department's, region's or other division's individual p & l are impacted rather than if it is a good business decision for the org overall.

      Pros

      Great work environment where team work is valued. I learned a lot in a short period of time. Always willing to help. Positive company culture.

      Cons

      None. I really enjoyed the time I spent at Kelly Services. I would recommend this company to anyone currently job hunting.

      Pros

      I worked with Kelly Services 2 different ocassions, both experiences where very satisfactory, I was pretty new to the country the first time and it was nice to have them take me in and give me an opportunity to work. At the end of my assignment they offered to give me a call if there was any other fit for me

      Cons

      The pay is quite low for the scoring evaluator position considering that they require a bachelors, $10/hr in my view is poor
